We regret to inform that our products availability will be reorganized as of June 25th, 2010. The FDA has mandated for Manufacturers and Holders of Dietary Supplements new regulations and rules that will require every individual product produced and facilities organized in what we see as a Pharmaceutical Model of product manufacturing. Many of the new regulations are well suited to create safety, purity and consistency for dietary herbal products. However, this burden to Document every moment each and every herb as it arrives in the door, followed thru every procedure, and then packaged and out to the customers,(estimated by some in the Herbal Industry to be 10’s of thousands of pages of on going new documentation), burdens a Manufacturer/Holder of Dietary Supplements, physically and monetarily. We and the FDA expect many companies, especially the smaller ones, to close down with these additional federal regulations and their associated costs. We will be reorganizing our Facility and Operations to facilitate these new rules and regulations. This will take time as we will have to review each herbal product in every size and document for, identification via tracking, quality control, testing for purity and strength, sampling, sanitation, packaging, training, all to fulfill these new rules and regulations. Place your order before June 21st for our current products in order to have shipped by June 25th 2010. After this date: We will add new products meeting FDA cGMP status as quickly as possible. Some of the pre June 25th products will no longer be available however new products replacing these will be produced and available.
